Market Overview

At present the residential real estate market is experiencing a moderate period of growth. Whilst the last 2 years have been slower than the previous 2 years Rod Martiska continues to experience strong buyer inquiry and continues to achieve prices for his vendors that in some cases exceed their expectations.

As in any area the marketplace is subject to fluctuations in terms of properties for sale and buyer activity. The state of the market is determined by a variety of external forces not only supply and demand, with the current growth in the equity markets people are wondering how long it can be sustained and are considering real estate as a more stable investment. This can be done in a number of ways such as property trusts etc, but many are choosing to buy a second property or to upgrade the investment in their principal place of residence with it's obvious long term tax effectiveness and relatively assured capital gain that investing in an area such as this provides.

Rod Martiska is well qualified to offer you excellent advice that will ensure the sale of your home is a pleasant an experience for you, as it is for him providing it.
