"When you first made an appointment to come and see us about selling our investment property I was expecting a pushy, opinionated salesman to come in and promise us everything and try to push us into accepting a price lower than what we expected. I couldn't have been more wrong. You are such an easy-going bloke. You just gave us the advice we needed, answered all our questions directly, told us what was required of us (which was bugger all) didn't take up a lot of our time. You just got on with the job.You found a buyer very quickly. With one phone call you told us what the buyer was prepared to pay us. I just said 'no' and you didn't try and bring my price down, you went back to work with the buyer. Your next call to us was only a few minutes later with a price that we could accept.This sale was so easy for us.
